Account and Data Deletion Policy

At Cricko, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal data. If you’ve created an account in the Cricko app, you can request permanent deletion of your account and any data associated with it at any time.
How to Request Account Deletion
You can request deletion in either of the following ways:
In-App Option (if available)
- Open the Cricko app
- Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account
- Confirm your deletion request
By Email
- Send an email to cricko2409@gmail.com
- Use the subject line: “Account Deletion Request – Cricko”
- From the same email address linked to your Cricko account, write:
“I would like to delete my Cricko account and all related data for my account with mobile - xxxxxxxxx.”
Once your request is received, we’ll verify ownership and delete your account permanently within 7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email after the process is completed.
Data That Will Be Deleted
- Account profile details (mobile number, email address)
- Uploaded photos or profile images
- Any other personal data associated with your account
Data That May Be Retained
For security, analytics, or legal reasons, we may retain:
- Anonymized analytics data (no identifiable information)
- Crash or diagnostic logs from Firebase or Google services (anonymized)
- Legally required records (if applicable)
These records cannot be used to identify you and are automatically deleted after a limited period.
Timeline
- Account and data deletion within 7 business days after verification
- Backup data removal within 30 days
