T20 tournament rules (template)
Twenty-over cricket is the default for evening leagues worldwide. Publish these choices before round one: overs per innings (usually 20), balls per over (six), and whether a super over decides a tie in the knockout only or in all matches.
Powerplay fielding restrictions are competition-specific — some local leagues simplify to “no restriction” to speed play. Rain rules should name minimum overs for a result and how NRR applies if matches split.
