All trademarks, logos, designs, and software related to Cricko are owned by Cricko or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit any part of the Service without written permission.

Cricko may integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Certain features may require payment. Pricing, billing, and refund policies will be clearly disclosed. Payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

Cricko may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Cricko makes no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or reliability.

Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting support with a clear description of the issue and relevant account details. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific terms presented at checkout or onboarding, constitute the entire agreement between you and Cricko regarding the Service and supersede prior oral or written understandings on the same subject.

Cricko is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications outages, or government actions.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without Cricko’s prior written consent. Cricko may assign its rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required by law.
